What is Prospr?

Prospr is a pre-launch non-custodial DEX interface. You connect a wallet you control. Prospr does not hold your keys or your funds. Around the ticket sit Auto-Invest plans, a portfolio book, Earn (demo staking), intelligence, and an AI co-pilot that is educational only. Today that means a public demo: live prices, simulated money. Nothing on the public site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You can explore the demo without signing up.

What can I actually do in the demo today?

The demo is the DEX desk running on simulated money. You can watch live prices, place a demo trade, run an Auto-Invest plan, stake demo PSPR, set a price alert, and read signals worded as Constructive, Neutral, or Cautious. Never buy or sell. Guided uses Buy & Sell. Pro shows the book, tape, and DOM Terminal. Balances and fills are simulated and labelled. No real money moves. Controls that are not built stay visibly disabled. Token Center URLs redirect. Public /token is coming soon.

What is Practice Mode?

The whole demo is real market data and simulated money. Balances, trades, staking, and plans settle nowhere. Cmd+K turns Labs Preview on if you want the showcase desks (builder, map, replay). /dashboard/practice redirects home. Demo results do not predict live trading. The labels stay on so simulated figures are never mistaken for real ones.

How does the waitlist work?

You leave an email address — that is the entire mechanic. Joining the waitlist reserves your place for access when Prospr launches in your region, and gets you launch announcements as they happen. There is no payment, no deposit, no commitment of any kind, and you can unsubscribe at any time. One thing we deliberately do not do is promise a launch date. Launch in each market is gated on regulatory and operational milestones, not a calendar — so the honest answer to "when?" is "when the preconditions for your region are met." Waitlist members hear first. We do not take customer funds today under any circumstances.

What is the difference between Guided and Pro modes?

Same demo, same engine. Two lenses. Guided is calm task language: Buy & Sell, Insights, Earn, and Goals. It is the default. Pro is the same routes at full density: Trade, Intelligence, Staking & Rewards, DOM Terminal, and Alerts on the rail. Nothing is locked behind the switch. Mode is a lens, not a permission.

What do cohort labels like "backtest" and "forward test" mean?

A backtest runs a strategy against historical data — useful, but easy to flatter. A walk-forward backtest is stricter: the strategy is built on one period and then evaluated only on later data it never saw. A forward test runs in real time on live markets without real money. Live means actual money, actual execution. Those labels matter if numbers are ever published. This public site does not quote return figures. Simulated results are not live trading, and they do not predict future performance.

Why are your performance numbers simulated?

Because we are pre-launch. No live customer track record exists yet, and this public site does not publish return figures to fill that gap. Simulations cannot fully capture live execution, liquidity, fees at scale, or investor behaviour. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose your entire investment. Nothing here is investment advice.

Where do the public return figures come from?

They are not on this site. We do not publish CAGR, Sharpe, drawdown, or other return figures on public pages. If you see numbers like that attributed to Prospr elsewhere, they did not come from this website. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose your entire investment.

Question 9

Will you publish live results after launch?

Accepted Answer

If live results are published later, they will be labelled as live and kept separate from any earlier test. Nothing on this site is that record today. Until then, the honest position is the one we keep here: no public return figures, and no implied track record.

Does Prospr hold my funds or keys?

Accepted Answer

No. Prospr holds no customer funds today. The demo runs on simulated money, and no deposits are accepted anywhere. Launch is a non-custodial DEX interface. You connect a wallet you control. Prospr does not hold your keys and does not take title to your assets. Trades are intended to execute on a third-party on-chain venue. Fiat in and out, if offered, is intended to run through a licensed partner. Their licence is not ours. The keys policy lives on the Security & Keys page. Nothing here is a claim that a live product exists today.

Question 11

What is proof-of-reserves, and will Prospr publish one?

Proof-of-reserves is a cryptographic technique, typically a Merkle tree of customer balances, that lets each customer check their balance was included in a published snapshot of what a venue owes. It is built for venues that hold customer balances. That is not the launch path. Prospr does not hold your funds, so there is nothing to attest as reserves. We will not publish reserve snapshots as a stand-in for custody we do not have.

What account security features will Prospr have?

The live product is intended to start with an external wallet you already control. Connecting it is the entry action. You can disconnect. Sending assets off-platform is intended to need a fresh confirmation in your wallet. Prospr communicates only from prospr.co addresses. We will not DM you first, ask for your seed phrase, or ask you to send funds to verify an account. Other account controls, if the product needs them, will be documented before they are claimed. The complete model will live on the Security & Keys page. No security feature will be described as existing until it does.

Can I lose real money using the demo?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing in the demo touches real money. Balances, trades, plans, and staking are simulated against live market data. Nothing settles on-chain. Demo results do not predict live trading. Live books have fees, slippage, and your own behaviour under real stakes. Crypto is volatile and you can lose the lot. The Risk Disclosure spells that out.

What does the PSPR token actually do?

Prospr was founded by Zac and is built by a small, deliberately senior team headquartered in Australia: quantitative researchers and engineers running the alpha pipeline — strategy discovery, walk-forward validation, and the honesty layer between a backtest and a claim — an exchange engineer building the matching core, and platform engineering for the product you actually touch. Is Prospr licensed or regulated?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Prospr is pre-launch and holds no licences or registrations today. The intended launch product is a non-custodial DEX interface. Whether that model still requires a VASP, DCE, MSB, or similar registration in a given market is under legal review. No application has been lodged. We will not take real money in a market until any registration that market requires is in place. "Filed," "registered," and "licensed" mean different things, and we will only ever claim the one that is true. Details live on the Regulatory Status page and the Regulatory Compliance policy.

How can I invest in Prospr?

Prospr is raising privately through a small number of invite-only rounds; the amounts and terms are not published on this website. There is no public offer, and nothing on this site is a solicitation to invest. Participation is limited to invited investors who meet the eligibility requirements of their jurisdiction, and existing investors manage documents and allocations through the private investor portal. Prospr is not raising from the public and does not accept unsolicited investment approaches — the private rounds are invite-only placements to qualified investors under applicable exemptions, arranged directly by the company. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation, or a solicitation to invest, and no page here is a path into the raise. Early-stage investing is high-risk and can result in total loss.
