Founder
Ten years turning trading ideas into disciplined, tested quantitative strategies across all markets, with a particular focus on digital assets. Founder of MXWLL Capital, running quantitative strategies and digital asset portfolios under disciplined risk management, and before that Cryptco Holdings. He has taken two ventures from strategy to successful operating business.
At Prospr, Zac sets the vision, capital strategy and long-term direction.
Founding Chief Executive Officer
In the industry since 2013. First employee and founding team member at Swyftx, now Australia's #1 digital asset brokerage, with a successful exit in 2026. Scaled the business from zero to ~ two million customers as Executive Director and Product Leader, and sat on both sides of two M&A deals across the US and APAC.
At Prospr, Tommy sets strategy alongside Zac and owns execution, the roadmap, the product, and the path to launch. He's building an elite team, deliberately kept lean and stacked with the most capable people at every level.
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Built Leonne Systems from the ground up, then spent two years as a Digital Solutions Architect across managed IT, infrastructure and cybersecurity. He has traded options since 2015 and crypto since 2020.
At Prospr, Johnny runs operations, people and delivery — turning the roadmap from custody to launch into something buildable.
Chief Technology Officer
Nineteen years in technology, thirteen of them in finance. As Chief Technology Officer at SBI BITS in Tokyo he built a proprietary trading desk for the JNX market and led the JPX Arrowhead protocol upgrade, after seven years at Deutsche Bank on FPGA market connectivity running at sub-microsecond latency.
At Prospr, Prasanta owns engineering, platform and architecture.
Technology Operations
Two decades building trading and risk systems in front-office roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Credit Suisse and BNY Mellon. He designed a scalable HFT middleware and quant research platform at GDA and helped launch an award-winning systematic futures strategy.
At Prospr, Richard runs technology operations across Python, C++ and machine learning pipelines.
Chief Communications and Partnerships
Fifteen years in startups, marketing and growth, running campaigns and consulting for brands including Mastercard, Reebok, LADbible and MoneyGram across technology, hospitality and finance. He has built go-to-market and communications functions from scratch more than once.
At Prospr, Dave owns communications and supports GTM and partnerships — from brand and content to the commercial relationships behind the platform.
Digital Marketing
A decade in tech startup marketing across 15+ companies with Latitude Blockchain Services, including exchanges and gaming platforms. He has led visual marketing and copywriting strategy that converted audiences into paying customers for tech and wellness brands, after an earlier career as a licensed mortgage banker in the US.
At Prospr, Taylor drives content, campaigns and audience growth.
