Not yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Prospr is pre-launch and holds no licences or registrations today. The intended launch product is a non-custodial DEX interface. Whether that model still requires a VASP, DCE, MSB, or similar registration in a given market is under legal review. No application has been lodged.
We will not take real money in a market until any registration that market requires is in place. "Filed," "registered," and "licensed" mean different things, and we will only ever claim the one that is true. Details live on the Regulatory Status page and the Regulatory Compliance policy.
