The company was founded in 2025 by Zac, and its team spans quantitative research, exchange engineering and platform development. The Phase 1 exchange is checkable in the public demo on simulated money; Automated Investing and the full Intelligence product come after the first launch. An app store release is planned. The company is raising privately while its regulatory registrations are in progress. Prospr provides educational content, not financial advice.
